KNIME SDK: all dependencies gone

Hi,
I worked with KNIME SDK on node development normally last week. Today after startup, all node extension projects came up red, all dependencies seem to be gone. In particular, org.eclipse.core.runtime and org.knime* bundles cannot be resolved (see picture). Other external dependencies are all not resolvable either.

Any ideas how to fix this without a completely new install?

Ok, I ended up downloading the target definitions from https://github.com/knime/knime-sdk-setup and setting AP-3.5 as target which seems to have fixed the issues.
