Seven things to do after installing KNIME Analytics Platform

Hi, friends of community:

I am trying setting the environment installing the followig extensions:
“KNIME & Extensions”, “KNIME Labs Extensions” and “KNIME Community Contributions –Other”.
but I got the error message :slight_smile:

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=KNIMEProfile, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).
Problems downloading artifact: osgi.bundle,org.apache.lucene.analysis,3.5.0.v20120725-1805.

My so is ubuntu 16.04

Is there some suggestion for solving that poblem?

Hi @fcarlos,

Could you provide the version of KNIME you are using and the locations/links of the software update sites of the extensions you try to install? There might be version conflicts.
