Knime software is installed on my window 10,and i am trying to read input file from linux server.Kindly suggest on how to make connectivity from window to linux.

how would you do it manually? 
I guess if you can connect via ftp/ssh to your server - then you can just use these nodes
But it depends on which connections to your server are availible. But in general check out the different connection nodes to see if some are helpful for your usecase
