About using KNIME Big Data Extensions in small version

Hi

I heard that KNIME Server small does not support the KNIME Big Data Extensions.

so it means

for example, I made a A workflow by using HDFS Connection node to import data from hadoop

if I try to execute A workflow on knime server(small version), does A workflow get a error?
because of HDFS Connection Node?

if this is true, is there no way to import data from hadoop on small version of knime server?

Hello,

That is correct. KNIME Server Small does not include the Bigdata extensions. Here is a link to the matrix explaining what each edition offers https://www.knime.com/knime-software/knime-server-pricing. BigData extensions are available only as part KNIME Server large. Please let me know if you have more questions or would like to upgrade.
