Thank you for the information. I came across a reference to passing data to Python in an encrypted format on the KNIME forum. It seems like this feature was planned. I’m curious if there have been any updates regarding its implementation.

Hello @Berti1989, While we plan to add support for passing encrypted credentials from KNIME to Python in the future this is not possible yet. If you are up for storing credentials in plain text, you could feed flow variables with plain text credentials to Python or access system environment variables from Python. This would be the possible workarounds until the mentioned feature is available in KNIME. Best, Michael
