Add range to each row in table

Hello,

I have 2 tables, that have different structure (no one common column). How can I add to each row of Table1 all rows from Table2?

Table 1
1 - 2020
2 - 2020
3 - 2020
12 -2019

Table 2
2160 - 9416
2160 - 9429
316 - 8125

Result
1 - 2020 - 2160 - 9416
1 - 2020 - 2160 - 9429
12 - 2019 - 2160 - 9416
12 - 2019 - 2160 - 9429
2 - 2020 - 2160 - 9416
2 - 2020 - 2160 - 9429
3 - 2020 - 2160 - 9416
