I had no problems to install and run first time new knime analytic platform with all contributors.
After succesful installation of BiosolveIT nodes I got the following attached error log

It seems you are using a virus scanner that is delaying the startup for more than 30 seconds. You can try to change the value of -Dequinox.statechange.timeout= in knime.ini to an even larger number.
