@rsalencar
Additionally to @mlauber71 I asked for some input of yours. Maybe you help us first with some information so that we can investigate further?
Also please tell us whether mlaubers solution worked for you.

@rsalencar can you give us any more informations? Did you follow the suggestions for an offline installation. Did you set the parameters?
If I understand the screenshot correctly, you somehow got stuck with while updating the linked components. As @mlauber71 just created the surrounding workflow, you might try it without updating the components again. Maybe that brings us closer to the issue.
EDIT: and we are still investigating the error logs you sent us, thanks for them!
Best

Hi
I am currently having the same issue sadly.
Is there any updated to the root cause or a forthcoming solution?
I noticed that I was able to install this extension on my old PC a few weeks ago (Windows 10) but not my new PC now (Windows 11).
When I looked on my old PC, the version of the KNIME AI Extension I had was one version older (5.1.2) than the current version available on the site (5.1.3). However, these older versions are not available when viewing through KNIME>Install Extensions interface.
Is there a reason these older versions were removed entirely and are they available somewhere else maybe? I would like to see if this made a difference to the installation. Maybe not, but I thought worth a try
Hi @stratlytic,
we implemented a fix, which will be rolled out with 5.2 and should minimise the risk of long paths on Windows. As the root cause can be different ones, it would have helped if you could have sent the various log files.
In your case, I suggest following through this post (completely): Unable to install geosptial extension - #2 by steffen_KNIME
It might be that in your new laptop KNIME Analytics Platform is on a longer path and has issues because of that.
If the update to 5.1.3 would have made a difference, the log files would be very interesting. I cannot tell why we do not keep the older 5.1.x versions.
Best regards
Steffen
