I’ve just started using Knime, and cannot find a program for dealing with ‘.all’ files, as shown in the ‘Getting started’ example. When I use text file made in Word or Notepad, File Reader misinterprets first 2 rows for data. Same happens if I rename file using brute force.

Thanks for this comment on the .all example file. The dummy data.all file contained only text with on line for each row and columns separated by space or semi-colon. The File Reader node can be used to read those formats while it automatically tries to guess the column separator as well as the column types. Files generated by i.e. Word (doc) can’t be read, those need to be saved as simple text files.
