Alternative for Deprecated Cell replacer node

Hello Everyone.
I am using Knime version 5.x and I found out that cell replacer node has been deprecated in this version. I have, however, switched to older version of Knime but I am unable to get the node back. If anyone can help me with what node can be used now to use the functionality of cell replacer node along with an example, that would be very helpful.

Try the Value Lookup node.
