Welcome to the KNIME Forum! KNIME for Windows comes in different packages, one of which is a simple zip file (https://www.knime.com/downloads/download-knime --> KNIME Analytics Platform for Windows (zip archive)). To deploy that via SCCM, you will need to write your own unpack-script but that seems to be quite easy. Please have a look here. And here you can find another example for such a script.
