Assign number to row based on another column's value

Hello Knimers,

I have a table with two columns (A & B) and I need to add a third column that goes from 1 to N depending on where the “WO Start” value is found on the second column.

Please look at the example:

Also note that the number of rows between each “WO Start” is different.
