Atom Replacer node bug

Hi,

It seems that the Atom Replacer node causes an error when you try and process a large number of molecules (250,000) and you have the Atom Label set as "C" in the configuration. The error is shown below, each error is for a different execution of the node. If beforehand, the table is filtered to 20,000 molecules, the node runs fine, if you increase the tablerows to 30,000 the node fails, if you split this same 30,000 molecules into two lots of 15,000 molecules, the node completes. So it seems the bug is around the number it has to process. In case

Hello Simon,

This issue has just been solved in Indigo SDK about 3 days ago. Yesterday I updated Indigo Nodes. Issue was fixed in the nightly build with verions 1.0.0.0001075. Could you check it to verify?

Best regards,
Mikhail
