it would be nice to have in the Auto-Binner node the possibility to choose the method to calculate the quantiles (now only type = 7 is used).

Hi @alfroc,
that sounds potentially useful, I just created a Feature request (internal reference: AP-17420) for that.
I’m interested - can you tell me the reason why the Type 7 does not work for you? I suggest you could use the Python/R implementations with the scripting nodes in case this is critical for you.

I’ve already done the implementations in R and Python. In fact, I’am making a comparison between various software (Knime, R, Python, SAS, Excel, …)
