Dear KNIME Team,
after upgrading to KNIME 3.7, I have trouble reaching the update site for 3.7.
I always get a
ERROR InvokeUpdateAction I/O error while checking for new update sites: connect timed out
message in the log.
Pinging update.knime.com shows the site is available through our firewall, so I don’t know if there is a problem in the software itself.

Do you need a proxy to connect to the internet? If so, you need to configure it in KNIME as will (File->Preferences->Network Connections).
