Best practice for updating extensions after install of new KNIME version

Hi,

I’m running KNIME Analytics Platform 4.1.3 with quite a bunch of installed extensions. Now 4.2 is out and has some really attractive improvements from what I read. I understood that I need to do a re-install of KNIME as there is no automatic update path from 4.1.3.

Question now: will I need to re-install all the extensions manually or is there any automatic mechanism that would do this for me?

you need to re-install extensions manually. See here how to obtain list of installed extensions: Knime Extentions list - Did i miss something?
