I am trying to to a multi-layer perceptron and want to change the threshold value for classification. Is it possible to use the binary classification inspector node for neural networks, or do I have to take another approach?

Hi @crumpelnik and welcome to the forum.
So long as you check the box to Append columns with normalized class distribution in the MultiLayerPerceptron Predictor, you can use the Binary Classification Inspector no problem. This node operates independently of the classification algorithm you choose upstream.
