I have files that I create RowID’s based upon concat of two columns. From these RowID’s I need to bring in a percent (10) of each RowID. This works great if I have over 10 of the same RowID and will bring in appropriate number of records. But I want to make sure and bring in at least 1 record of each RowID. How to I capture these RowID’s that have under 10 records in them?
