Bug Report: 'Updating Software' has encountered an error

Hi,

I’m using KNIME 5.4.3 on Windows Server Datacenter version 1809 (OS Build 17763.7136).

Each time I receive an update notification regarding extension updates (in this specific case I have the yellow banner on the bottom requesting to update 11 extensions to version 5.4.4) I get the error in the attached image.
The only way I have at the moment to get the software updated is to uninstall current version and reinstall the new one from scratch, including all extensions. This is quite annoying!

How can I solve the issue?
