Call Remote Workflow - Read Timeout Problem

Hello,

I have a problem with Call Remote workflow and I need your help please:
So, I have a workflow that contient 3 call remote workflow.
When I excute my workflow sometime it’s run succesful and sometime I get this error
Call Remote Workflow 4:6 - ERROR: Execute failed: Read timed out
Please have attached two screenshots :

  • Screeshot 2 : One of 3 Call Remote Workflow.

Is there a parameter that needs to be changed?

Hi Zeineb,

Did you try setting the asynchronous option in the Call Remote Workflow node configuration dialog. That is required in the case of a longer running workflow.

Hi Zeineb,

I think we’d need to take a look at the server log files to get to the bottom of that. I’ll write you a DM where you can attach the log files. If you have admin access to the server there is a button in the AdminPortal that allows you to download the logs as a single zip file.
