Looks like you do not need JASON Reader unless you write Table to Jason result to the file.

seems to me this doesn’t have anything to do with Call Local Workflow (Row Based) node. Your JSON Reader location is simply not provided. If you are trying to pass data from parent workflow to the called workflow you should use Container Input (Row) node. Otherwise provide location to JSON
