My colleague was not able to open KNIME example from KNIME analytics platform.
I don’t think the problem is the proxy, because the installation of the extension was successful.
The error message is
“error while retrieving server information for login, probably because the server is not reachable”.
I saw a similar topic, but the error content was a little different, so I had a question.

so double clicking on EXAMPLES server from KNIME Explorer gives above error message? There should be more information in log file (
...\knime-workspace\.metadata\knime). Can you check those? Also can colleague successfully download workflows from KNIME Hub?

We were able to access Example sever successfully after restarting all the PC and KNIME analytics platform.
My colleague was able to download the file from KNIME hub, so it seems that she temporarily could not access the Example server from KNIME.
Anyway, everything worked fine. Thank you very much!
