Cannot Install Knime extension

I received this pop out message and i still cannot install the extension at this moment
why ? can someone help me ?

im using KNIME version 4.0 the latest one MAC OS

I see that your install is still undergoing app translocation; can you tell me from where you got the application (e.g you downloaded a .dmg from knime.com or you got a .zip from someone, or)?
Also, once you opened the .dmg or .zip or … where did you copy the application to?
Also, also, which version of macOS?

I have downloaded from dmg knime through their website… my macOs version 10.14.6

I just open at my download file as dmg

Can you help me ?

After you open the dmg, to where did you drag copy the application?
