CDK fingerprint similarity error

I got the flowing error running the node, even I reduced both tables to just one column and one row. Anyone can help?

 

 

WARN      RearrangeColumnsTable$ConcurrentNewColCalculator     Unhandled exception in processFinished

ERROR     Fingerprint Similarity     Execute failed: java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: -1

Well , I find an alternative: using indigo fingerprint similarity node.

Hi Jian,

what KNIME-CDK version are you on? I just checked for the nightly build and it seems to work.

If you provide any more information (input file format or workflow), I can try to reproduce the error and fix it.
