Cell Profiler Integration

Hello!

I am using KNIME with a cell profiler integration and tried to run a pipeline in a knime workflow format which I downloaded from this website (https://tech.knime.org/community/cellprofiler). I was not able to open it.

Next I tried Cell profiler pipelines in form of a cell profiler format which did not open either.

Does anyone know how to do it?

Hi Verena,

welcome to the forum. Can you try the examples which are available on our Example Server (see https://www.knime.org/example-workflows). The workflows can be found under Community Contributions/Image Processing/. They should work as expected. If you face any problems, let us know!
