Charts are not displayed in the report

I have a report with a table and a stacked bar report (JPG format) in a 1x2 grid- Table displays in a correct manner while there is no graph. Tried Maxhton, Chrom and IE 11 with no success. This is probably a BIRT problem, searched BIRT forums with some relevant posts. However, I couldn't locate a solution.

Any clues ?
