I was wondering where I can find information about the features associated with each bit in the fingerprint vector? Is there any way of obtaining the actual substructures that are represented by the considered identifiers or bits?

There's not currently anyway to do this. There have been a few requests for this capability and we will get a version done sometime in the next couple months.
