Column Related Problem

Hey guys
I assume thers an easy solution for this but i cant seem to get it.
So if i have a user input a list /of countries like this, in one column

Id like to get a process it so it returns the values like this.
So i imagine if the user enters 20 countries they would get around 400 lines
