Column to Count up

Hello together I have a Problem solving a KNIME Problem.
I have a table which looks like the Excel-File i attached to this post.
The Column I want to create is the last Column “E” in the Excel File, which counts up.
It should always count up if there is a “Hintransport” in column D.
If there are multiple rows with “Hintransport” following each other, it should only count up once, like in the example i sent.

Maybe someone can help me solving my Problem.

The key in the wf is to identify the breakpoint where the count switches:
$D$ = "Bestellung" AND $D(-1)$ = "Hintranport" => $$ROWINDEX$$
