For Microsoft accounts, you can already use the Microsoft Authenticator node together with the new Microsoft Exchange Online Connector (Labs) in KNIME 5.6. Just log in with your Microsoft user using the “Exchange Online” scope and try the different connection types (incoming, outgoing, or both) in the Exchange Online Connector node with the Email Sender/Reader/Mover nodes.
For Gmail, we currently have a ticket (AP-21007) to include the Gmail scope in the Google Authentication node. In the meantime, you can follow the steps outlined here to connect to your email:
