Just a tip here… when you use the excel node, you can set to see all excel at a folder and create a master one at once… load all data. I saw a screen above that you have 2 paths (excel folder 1 and excel folder 2). If the excel have the same structure, better… simplify the process.

after that, just make a joiner process to match the cases by the key to fill the blanks and at the end, just make a single excel writer with this result… Remember that excel have a limit of rows to be exported, maybe you can use CSV file for large data information and can use a chunk loop node to split it in files too.
