Convert a string to a list to extract the maximum

Unfortianaly I’m not able to find the coordinates of the min and max values in a matrix. Only finding the min and max values above and below the diagonal in a matrix is working succesfully in this flow min max diagonaal.knwf (138.2 KB).
So it is better to forget my uploaded flows above .
