# Could not install Knime AI Extensions

I use Mac and when i want to install the knime ai extensions it says already installed but it dosent show and dosent work (same as the person in the screenshot) I reinstalled knime but also didnt work, reset my macbook but also didnt work. I dont now what to do, ty for your time! 🙂
