CSV Reader to D3.js Based Generic JavaScript View

Greetings all,

Has anyone succeeded at connecting a CSV reader node to a D3.js based Generic JavaScript View?  The only example I've found is for a JSON connection.

Very much appreciate any advice or sample workflows if available!
