Cutoff for Naive Bayes

Is there a way to change the cutoff for the Navie Bayes classifier?

Late response, so it might not be useful for you, but to future readers:

You can select the option of "Append probability value column per class instance", which adds a column True and a column False indicating their respective probabilities. Consequently, this allows you to classify based on the value of the column True above a certain threshold.
