Database Reader (Legacy) times out when scheduled

Hi

I have a workflow which uses a Database Reader (Legacy) and the CDATA D365 interface to retrieve data.

This all works fine when run from the desktop but when we schedule it on Knime Server the node times out within 15 seconds at start up.

I have increased the timeout setting for the CDAT.jar from 15 to 60 with no effect

Would appreciate any advise on how to resolve

welcome to the KNIME community.

I would need to have a look at the server logs first to see why the connection is interrupted by a timeout. Therefore I will send you a message on how to provide us the server logs.
