Has anyone seen this error message?

“WARN Database Writer 0:21 Selected database does not support insert operations”

The database does support insert operations. I have been able to do it using normal SQL.

Is there anything else that could be causing this issue?

Haven’t seen it. What database are you using? What does normal SQL means?
