Is it possible to assign a default name to a node? (dafault now is Node 1)

Yes, under File > Preferences > KNIME > KNIME GUI > "Set node label prefix".

I need this name only for my new node. Is it possible?

If this is only a single node, the name can be edited directly at the node's text field.

Isn't there a way to set the default value into the NodeModel of the plugin?
