It looks like you are using the master branch of the knime-sdk-setup repository. This is not recommended as the content of the target platform changes daily and such problems can be the result. You can try again later once the build has finished, but I recommend you to develop with the release versions of the target platform.

Ok in that case this will probably not work for you. All you can do in that case then is try resolving the target platform again. Unfortunately it regularly acts up.
