Hey Knime-Community, I’m currently setting up some flows for non-tech users and I want to add a description to the parts where they have to fill in parameters in the webportal. Just to make sure that they add everything in the correct format. Is there any way to achieve this? KR Chaosprinzip

@Chaosprinzip you could add Text Output Widgets to the component that would explain what one should do. Would that work for you? You can also add descriptions to the nodes themselve and also restict values or check them after the insert and break the workflow if the format is wrong. KNIME Analytics Platform @EduardoRio I think a KNIME server with a Web Portal might indeed be the best option. But you also could build ‘data apps’ that can be used locvally, but the the end user would have to open them in KNIME and use their interface. The interesting thing: you could build a prototype or an application that already can be used loaclly and then move that to a full web application via the server.
