for QC I used one term dictionary with Unknown NE tag but from tag filter with (Unknown NE) and bag of words nodes i got extra terms tagged
So the situation is that the tagger is tagging terms which are not in the dictionary.
why is that so?

can you provide a small example? It definitely shouldn’t happen that there are terms being tagged although they aren’t in the dictionary.
