Double clicking the "Expression" Node opens Incomplete Configuration Dialogue

Description:
After opening the String Manipulation’s configuration dialogue and then double clicking on the Expression node opens only the editor for creating expressions and not the complete configuration dialogue of the node.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Double click on String Manipulation node:
   

   

2. Close the old dialogue.

3. Double click on Expression node
   

   

4. However, opening the configuration dialogue from embedded configuration view, pops open the entire configuration dialogue.
   

   

Actual results:
Double clicking on Expression node on should open the entire configuration dialogue after opening & closing any old configuration dialogue. However, it does not work as expected.

Expected results:
Expected view from (4) but got view from (3).
