Download and open remote items keeps running

Hi there.

I’m new to the Knime Analytics platform and trying to do the E-course. However when I try to open an Example workflow from the EXAMPLES server it keeps showing (in the progress tab) Download and open remote items.

Is there an issue with the server?

Edit: the message shows “compressing workflow /50_Applications…etc on the server”
And Ive tried a restart of Knime
