Download fails

I tried to download the free KNIME Analytics Platform. Nothing happens and no error message. Best Volker

I just tested the downloads page and everything looks OK from our side. Is it something to do with a corporate network, or possibly policies / proxies on your local machine?

No we have no problems/restrictions. To specify my trial right now: I checked “I have read and accept …” then clicked on the download button. The waiting symbol on the button began to rotate. And still it does, 40 minutes later. Hmmm.

Same happens in the organization I work. I download one version old and upgrade it to new :slight_smile: .

Hi @ScottF, it is happening in my home network. I guess @Trimkowski is right.

Sorry for the trouble. I’ve asked our website folks to take a closer look.

Are either of you using private mode in your browser? Perhaps Firefox specifically? I’m told that blocks 3rd party scripts by default, which need to be enabled. We’re working on a fix for this in the coming weeks.

It was Firefox, but not in private mode. With a different browser the download works. Thank you for the fast help.
