I am trying to understand the workflow in the video on this page: https://www.knime.com/knime-introductory-course/chapter2/section3/sending-get-request-to-rest-service
However, a lot of the nodes and there configurations are not explained. Is it possible to download this workflow from somewhere? I can’t seem to find it in the examples that come with the knime installation.
Example workflows about accessing REST services can be found on the EXAMPLES server at the following path: knime://EXAMPLES/01_Data_Access/05_REST_Web_Services.
If you want to know more about the EXAMPLES Server, please take a look at the following link : https://www.knime.com/knime-introductory-course/chapter1/section2/examples-server
Hope that helps,
That is where I was looking for it but the specific workflow used in the video is not in the list of examples.
There are 7 examples:
01_Data_API_Using_REST_Nodes - a WHO workflow retrieving causes of death
04_Public_Google_Sheet-meets-Excel - Accounting Sheets for a Restaurant Business
05_Private Google_Sheet-meets-Excel - Accounting Sheets for a Restaurant Business
07_Translate_Using_Google_API - Translate using Google API
Not one using the Google maps example from the video.
You are right. We did not upload that particular workflow. However, We have other example workflows that show how to access the Google Maps Geocoding REST API . As reference, please take a look at the following blog post: https://www.knime.com/blog/integrating-one-more-data-source-the-semantic-web.
Hope that helps,
