given the spare details provided, it is diffcult to comprehend your issue. Can you share a link to your workflow you wnat to drag&drop.

Also, please note that there seems to be two related issued:

Unable to drag and drop hub component in KNIME AP 5.5

Today, when I tried to drag and drop a component from the community hub (open in Chrome browser) onto a workflow in KNIME AP 5.5 MUI, it paused for a moment, and did not drop the component. There was no error message displayed.
