Is it possible to embedd KNIME editor or knime workflows (with read permissions only) to some external web app? Idea is to create a custom application for MLOps purpose where user can also view the workflow.

Don’t think that is possible. Take a look at WebPortal feature of KNIME Server. Seems that could fulfill your idea to some degree.
