Enforse inclusion at "Create Collection Column" node

Hi,

At new project I use frequently "Create Collection Column" node and I mention that this node haven't proof from new coluns addition before it in a flow. I think, it will be a good feature for this node.

Absolutely, those inclusion/exclusion options will be added in the next release to the Create Collection Column node, as well as an option to ignore missing values - KNIME Desktop v2.6 are going to be release in just a few from now.
