Error creating a new workflow on company's laptop

Recently, install KNIME on company’s laptop, running over windows. The application opens without any problem, but when I want to create a new workflow, the program closes without indicating anything.
How can I validate which corporate restructuring is the one that is not allowing the KNIME to work properly?

In your workflow directory on the filesystem is a folder named .metadata - here there is a file .log and another log file in a subdirectory here: knime/knime.log - perhaps these log files will give you more information.
