Trying to install extensions fails with the following error. I tried with varying extensions, e.g. Python, AI Extension: An error occurred while installing the items session context was:(profile=KNIMEProfile, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Install, operand=null → [R]org.knime.pythonscripting.channel.v1.bin.win32.x86_64 5.4.2.v202502111650, action=org.knime.product.p2.actions.ShellExec). ShellExec command exited non-zero exit value: “\KNIME\plugins\org.knime.pythonscripting.channel.v1.bin.win32.x86_64_5.4.2.v202502111650\bin..\pkgs” kann syntaktisch an dieser Stelle nicht verarbeitet werden. Any ideas?
